Contract Smart is a U.S.-based startup that connects small businesses and entrepreneurs with federal and state government contracts. While their platform offered a valuable service, the original user experience was complex and unintuitive, making it harder for users to explore opportunities and submit bids effectively.

Our team at Brand Snap approached the project with a full UX/UI redesign. A multidisciplinary group of designers collaborated closely with the Contract Smart team, gathering ongoing feedback at every stage. Through this iterative process, we refined navigation flows, enhanced usability, and developed a cleaner interface that simplified contract bidding.
